I finally figured out the CB radio that Foxy Lady was using...a Pace CB-76. You only see a corner of it for a brief moment in the movie, but it is an exact match for this unit.
There are a few listed on eBay right now. But none with the same microphone.
Speaking of Foxy Lady, did anyone ever figure out the filming location of this scene? I found this excerpt from the filming schedule, but it is not clear to me where this spot is.
